Highly recommend

In the midst of the Corona Virus lock-down we suddenly had a crisis. Took a chance on Ariel from a random pick on a web search (and the first two companies couldn't or wouldn't handle the issue). Within two hours Ariel's dispatcher sent over their tech Francisco, who presented himself as professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He was here for about two hours doing a thorough check and test for the building, found two issues and promptly fixed them. I'm a happy customer. Will definitely be calling them again.

He made four families very happy yesterday.

I just wanted to say how incredible the service was that we received yesterday. I live in the Bronx, I believe Leon was the name of the man who serviced our boilers. Leon was thorough in his work and in explaining what had gone wrong. He had so much patience working on the issue at hand, and made sure that everything was done efficiently and completely. He was incredibly friendly, honest, and diligent. It’s rare to find someone like him to do any sort of work on one’s house. Please be sure that he knows how grateful we are for his work. For 2.25 hours he worked his miracle

Hadar and Ariel, the Lord be praised for you two and the very remarkable blessing that is Mr. Leon, a man of distinction in all dimensions human and humane. For 2.25 hours (9-11:15 a.m. he worked his miracles A) retrofitting the hot and cold flexible hoses to the faucet; B) locating & installing shut valves etc. I thank you for sending me a man of grace and endurance. His skillful analysis speaks to me of the very highest standards, all of which you have surely and beautifully maintained within your company; all of which is precisely the reason that I knew that a call to you would be one in which I could place my sincere trust. Price was reasonable and they were able to come to my house faster than the rest.

My old water heaters finally gave up on me. A friend of mine told me to contact Ariel Plumbing, since they did a great service with his water heater problems. So I did. I called them and asked for a quote. I also called other places for comparison. Price was reasonable and they were able to come to my house faster than the rest. Now I have a brand new water heaters!

I appreciate the way my job was handled by Rod. Your organization, including this gentleman, did a fine job and kept his promise all the way to completion. The job was more difficult than estimated after it began. Rod called me to be sure that the job was completed. We have not asked previous plumbing companies to come back. However, we will look to your company when we have plumbing needs in the future. I also compliment you for responding so quickly to my request this past weekend. I had made another request of one of your competitors 2 weeks ago and have not heard a word!

Had good experience with Ariel Plumbing. Called them in the middle of the night and the response was quick and problem was solved right away. Definitely would call Ariel Plumbing again!
